Know what you own, and what you are owed.
Cap tables, ownership by round and investor rights live next to each company. When a right is triggered, it surfaces instead of waiting in a data room.

Rights that flag themselves
Record the terms you negotiated, such as information rights, board-seat ownership thresholds and pro-rata. The portfolio view lists the rights that are near or past their threshold, with a recommended next step for each.
Ownership by round
Keep each company's cap table and round history alongside your position: security, ownership, fully diluted ownership, cost and anti-dilution protection. Preview dilution before the next round closes.
Reserves you can plan
Plan follow-on capital against what you have deployed and what remains, so the next reserve decision starts from real numbers.
Every metric shows where it came from.
Key company metrics carry a provenance card, and a data-quality view lists the portfolio companies with reporting gaps across the whole firm, before an LP asks.
Portfolio and cap tables, answered.
Is VentureFract a replacement for a company cap table tool?
It is built for the investor's view: your position, your ownership and your rights in each company. It is not a tool for a company to manage its own equity plan.
Which investor rights can I track?
Pro-rata, information rights, board seats and the ownership thresholds attached to them, liquidation preference, participation, anti-dilution type and drag-along thresholds.
Can I import my portfolio?
Yes. You can import portfolio companies from a CSV file.
