Each firm's data is isolated from every other firm's. A user can reach only the firms they belong to, and nothing else.
Access you control
Teammates, founders and LPs join by invitation from your firm, each with a role that decides what they can see and do. Founders and LPs see only their own company or account.
Links that expire
Founder access links are single-use, time-limited and revocable, so a forwarded email is not a standing key to your portfolio.
A record of everything
An audit trail records changes and cannot be altered or deleted. Opening a document in the data room is logged, and key metrics show their source.
Protected sign-in
Sign-in is protected against repeated attempts, passwords are reset by email, and members can add two-step verification to their account.

Can another firm see my data?
No. Each firm's data is isolated from every other firm's, and a user can reach only the firms they belong to.
What can a founder or LP see?
Only what is scoped to them. A founder sees their own company's requests and submissions, and an LP sees their own capital account and documents. Your firm decides who is invited.
Can I add two-step verification?
Yes. Any member can turn on two-step verification from their profile settings, using an authenticator app on their phone.
Do you store card numbers?
No. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store full card numbers.
Is my data stored in the United States?
Yes. Your firm's data is stored in the United States.
